POLICY

1. No refunds, exchanges, and/or returns. All sales are final! We are a small business.
2. No cancellation or modifying orders. Once your order is place we can not make any changes. 
3. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
4. Please double check for correct address at checkout. If your package was misdelivered due to incorrect address at checkout we are not responsible.
5. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order before shipping out.

SHIPPING

1.  Shipping takes about 2-3 days to process. Once it has left our possession and shipped via USPS, it takes about 2-7 days for package to be delivered.
2.  Pre-orders: if your order contains a preorder item it will be shipped all together, not separate. Pre-Order can take from 2-5 weeks to be delivered.
